Our knowledge of the construction industry and the legal system means that we can give our client’s a frank and honest assessment of the risks and rewards associated with particular courses of action. Often, the practical settlement of disputes is the best option for our clients, because it allows them to put the dispute behind them and get on with what they’re best at: running their business. We work hard to make sure our clients, and the opposition, understand their position so that they are well placed to make an informed decision. When settlement is on the horizon, we advocate vigorously for our clients to make sure they get the best result possible.

We have brokered out-of-court settlements in approximately 50% of the disputes we have handled in the last 12 months.
